How to play Basketball Stars

To start, select the game mode of your preference: 1 Player, 2 Players, or Quick Match.

Want to go solo in a random match? Select the “Quick Match” option.

If you’d like to compete against or collaborate with a friend in 1v1 or 2v2 matches, choose “2 Players.”

Look for baseball experiences where you can play a tournament or random matches against CPU-controlled opponents? “1 Player” mode is the best option.

When you are ready, jump right into the match after you select your player character, each with their own unique look and special abilities. Remember, your objective in every match is nothing but to score more points than your opponent before the time runs out. So, shooting, dunking, or using power-ups is your way to be the winner in the end.

Move and shoot the hoop

Move, dash quickly, dodge opponents, and create space before you launch your shot toward your opponent’s hoop. Aim for perfect timing to guarantee scores. You can release your super shot or mega dunk; these powerful moves nearly always earn you points.

Block and defense

Go for steals early to prevent your opponent from shooting your hoop and scoring. When they are about to release the shot, time your jumps perfectly to block shots or snatch the ball. However, don’t just spam the block button, since this can cause you to miss the chance to block effectively.

1-Player Mode

• Move forward/backward: Use A/D or left/right arrow keys
• Jump or jump and shoot: Press W or the up arrow key
• Pump/Block: Press S or the down arrow key
• Shoot/Steal: Press X or L
• Dash: Double-tap A/D, or left/right arrow keys
• Super Shot: Press K or Z

2-Player Mode

• Move forward/backward: Use A/D (player 1) and left/right arrow keys (player 2).
